i hope my case is complete with NVC though we never chked with tht phone no.. but all documents are now submitted..

First, you have to contact NVC to findout if your case is completed. Next, NVC will assign interview date untill then they will not forward your case to mumbai consulate. Finally, they will forward your case to mumbai consulate. To find out if your case is forwarded to mumbai consulate you can ask NVC operator and they will tell you. Once you know they forwarded your case you can either track by going to DHL website or call/e-mail mumbai consulate 3-4 days later from the date NVC shipped your file.

search this visa journey website. There was a discussion on tracking thru DHL each file coming out of NVC. You can almost pin down your exact package if you know when they say your case was complete and track it.
