cover letter for DS-230

can anyone guide me that what i have to send as the cover letter of DS-230,the IV fee paid recipt or james shortcut MS word copy of cover letter.

i have my IV fee paid receipt.that's different from the james shortcut MS word copy of cover letter or do i have to send both of them

for sure your`s would be perfect but its not receipt its called COVER SHEET you will find it on the page where you login with NVC# AND IIN# print it out and put it as a cover and will not need the receipt coz when ya have the cover sheet thats mean you already paid

duuhh i sent the d-230 with the cover sheet which its located at the left right corner at the page where it shows you its paid ( where you login with NVC# AND IIN# )THATS IT
