I myself haven't gotten to that stage yet, since my petition got recalled dude to IMBRA. But it seems that you should be as thorough as possible when answering questions. If you need to answer whether's you've been to the U.S. before, I'd give them dates and visa stamps to support such answers, if possible.

I don't know about question #37 - forgive me my ignorance, but where did you take these questions from? If you show them to us, maybe we'll be of more assistance.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Karol,

You should answer the questions that are asked, with truthful, complete yet concise, answers.

"On different ocasions" is not a sufficient answer to 29 When - be as specific as possible even if it's only month and year.

Does he still have his old passports? I don't know whether he's allowed to keep the old passport when he gets new ones. If so, he could try and find them.

As for the question regarding illegal relatives in the U.S., oh my. I understand why you would want to check 'no' in all those boxes. However, I'd have to agree with Yodrak. The best way to go is to give honest answers.
