Congrats Amanda and Princess!!! :)

Amanda, i noticed from your timeline that it took over 2 weeks for your case to complete. Was there an RFE or NVC were just slow?

08/28/2012 - NOA1 date
08/31/2012 - Received email from USCIS saying the package is accepted
09/11/2012 - Received a letter saying case transferred Lee's Summit, MO
02/15/2013 - Received an email saying case is approved
02/22/2013 - I-130 NOA2 hard copy received

NVC Journey

02/18/2013 - NVC received the case
03/11/2013 - NVC case # assigned
03/12/2013 - Petitioners' email corrected, Beneficiary's email added
03/13/2013 - DS3032 received
03/13/2013 - DS3032 email sent (was sent before the we received the DS3032)
03/13/2013 - AOS fee invoiced and Paid (shows In Progress)
03/14/2013 - AOS fee shows PAID
03/14/2013 - AOS package sent (overnight next-day delivery)

Thanks champi! No, I didn't get an RFE. NVC screwed up our IV bill payment. They applied someone else's payment to our case because it said paid before we even paid it. They said it was paid, then not paid, paid, then not paid....blah blah blah. So it was, according to NVC, "an error in the system" and it took that long for them to fix it & process our payment correctly & complete our case...finally. It was an annoying wait, but we finally made it through...thanks going to God for getting us through and for me not having a mental breakdown!! :innocent:

Everything will be fine...this is the last step for you. I doubt they have mine scheduled yet...maybe tomorrow? But that does give me hope that they scheduled your so quickly after case complete!

it was a surprise for me , i didn't expect to be scheduled an appointement so fast, i didn't get an email from them yet, call them now who knows maybe they scheduled yours too

CASE COMPLETE!!!!!

You guys were right...today is my day!! I just called NVC and they said our case was completed this morning! Thanks be to God!! They gave me the same programmed "schpeel" about there were no available interview dates for April & my SO is in line for an interview...call back after April 15th to see if they were able to schedule a May interview...if not call back after May 15th to see if you get a June interview.

I'm just so happy our case is finally complete. My SO already passed his medical exam so really we are only waiting for the interview!!!

Wow congrats Pricess, still waiting for my date, maybe by end of this week I'll get the news. But does make me happy to know they are working on dates.

Finally My case was completed . So I am officially on the waiting list. as of today.

Congratulations WHC!!!! Welcome to the waiting.

Princess I am calling NVC now to see if just by chance they have an interview date for me.....that would be so great!
