CASE COMPLETED

I'm so happy , i just talked to an operator and she told me that our case was completed on april 7 and that there are no available appointements date for april in Casablanca consulete and that they will notify us when they will schedule an appointement for us in may

good luck for you all, amanda try to call them now , maybe some good news are waiting for you

i was approved in 41 days and i finished the NVC process in 41 days!!!! what a relief, NVC was a torture for me...too much stress

08/27/2008- NOA1 notice date

01/05/2009- recieved NOA2 approval e-mail from CRIS

2009-01-16 : NVC Received and Case Number Assigned (don't know exact date)

2009-01-16 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2009-01-25 : DS-3032 sent (by e-mail)

2009-01-28 : AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

2009-02-02 : AOS bill PAID and cover sheet printed

2009-02-02 : AOS package sent to NVC (sent overnight)

2009-01-29 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted

2??? : AOS entered into NVC system (NVC recieved AOS 03-feb-2009)

I know...me too. I don't want to miss that opportunity.

What do you guys think...so I try calling them again late tonight? I don't know how late they work. I know they have operators answering until midnight....but do they work on cases that late? Or should I just wait until the morning?

Amanda, you will get you case completed this week, don't worry, hopefully they will do it by tomorrow so you can feel normal again.

But still no definite response on how interviews are scheduled, feel like I'm playing roulette everytime I call.

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

TBC....

I am feeling better today than I have the past couple of days...so I think you are right Princess...today is my day. :thumbs: I am praying our case will be complete today and we can get an interview date soon!!! You guys were right...today is my day!! I just called NVC and they said our case was completed this morning! Thanks be to God!! They gave me the same programmed "schpeel" about there were no available interview dates for April & my SO is in line for an interview...call back after April 15th to see if they were able to schedule a May interview...if not call back after May 15th to see if you get a June interview.

I'm just so happy our case is finally complete. My SO already passed his medical exam so really we are only waiting for the interview!!!

i have to wait until i get the interview date to make the medical exam, the doctor won't accept to do it without an appointement letter
