Thanks Th3mo and Princess. Wishing u and everyone else in this thread a happy reunion very very soon :star: . It is now official. Hubby arrives Saturday evening! Less than 48 hrs left and still so much to do! It of course doesn't help that we are having a huge BBQ with the entire family on Sunday! So we will barely have time to breathe b4 the whole family comes knocking :devil::whistle::lol: Just kidding I love family time, but wish hubby had more time to settle down and more us time (F)(L):luv: U know wt I mean.... ;) I want to apologize in advance for not being visible over the next few days as I will be so busy with hubby and family/ bday preparations, shopping, cleaning :unsure: The list is endless....

Hi everybody!!

I just want to say hello and wish you a nice and relaxed waiting time, a quick and smooth interview and a really happy life together... :luv:

But for me... this waiting time is still killing me :wacko::blush: My tummy, my head and everything turn and turn everytime i remember my countdown... 18 days to my first interview... :blush: I'm trying to be calm :innocent::whistle: but it's hard....

I need my husband here with me.... :bonk: but it is not possible now.... :unsure:

Yep, you, K.D. and me are scheduled for 6/8. Will be waiting right along side with the both of you. But I noticed that in your signature you have a 2nd interview date. Why is that? We only have one scheduled according to the letter from NVC. Is that something specific to the country? Just wondering...

vny & Eca y bubu........ yeah, we are together.. me too getting little nervous.. though i m done with medical and everything is ready to sumit at VFS and interview.. still some tension is thr back in the mind... few more days and we'll be in front of CO answering questions...

i pray to god for all of us to pass interview smoothly ....and happy reunion...

cant tell how excited i am as i will meet my hubby exactly after one year.. and interview.. just crossed my fingers ..hope everything will be fine.

Hi Eca y Bubu,

Not sure what others did or were going to do, but I just told my wife to take copies of the documents that we want our originals back (e.g., marriage certificate and birth certificate), plus some pictures and her medical stuff. Figured if the letter says received and accepted, then they cannot ding us for not having a copy, they are supposed to already have it. But with the government beauracracy, who knows.

Would like to hear what those that already went for interview did. Hint, hint!!! lol

if u have already submitted originals then u can take copies of it , no problem and just show them yr interview letter showing the list of submitted documents to NVC

I only filed extension for 2008 so Embassy (on interview day) asked for 2008 tax extension papers and 2007 tax return papers (not the transcript). Luckily, I had sent my husband the copy of 2007 tax return. In short, whatever the latest years tax return you have, take the copy.

My husband woke me up at 5 am today to give me the great news: I finally got my interview date!!! YAAAY!! :dance: :dance: .... who could go to sleep after that .... :dancing::D
