Hubby's interview date as of this morning.....June 17th! :dance: Now we hope to have our K3 interview date (possibly mid-end of May??? :unsure: We should know in the next few days...) and pray the consulate allows us to flip!!

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

Finally Im here in the Interview waiting club :thumbs::thumbs: ..another wait again..We just complete our case yesterday April 24...Hope that they can schedule my interview soon... :whistle::whistle:

Congratulations. Hope it is a short wait on the interview for you. Good Luck!!! I know we all needed it. If anything, this process has taught me a little patience and that is something I am definitely not good at. All things happen for a reason........Best wishes!!!

Hey vny...just curious...how long is your flight to Japan..I'm sure you have to change plans a few times but I was just wondering how long it is. I live in NC...so I had to drive 2 hours to the international airport, then fly about 1 1/2 hours to New York, then my flight from NY to Amman Jordan was about 12 hours, then drive another almost 2 hours to my hubby's house...I can't imagine a flight to Japan!!

How about everyone else...how long is your flight to your SO's country....just a topic while we are waiting. :)

Well, I'm here in Hawaii so its direct. No place to land inbetween. lol. But the flight there is about 8 - 8 1/2 hours depending on the winds. Coming back is only about 6 1/2 hours. Must be some strong winds out there. But the train ride to her house from the airport is about another 1 1/2 hours.

Good luck on your interview and your life together. I really enjoyed reading all your posts. You wear your heart on your sleeve and that was so refreshing. I hope he knows what a great lady he's getting, but if not, I'm sure you will let him know. lol.

I have always been a very emotional person and definitely one that wears my heart on my sleeve...just ask my mom!!! I wish you & your SO much luck and a super wonderful life together!
