Unbelievable...our third party agent...the one who has done all our paperwork, but done the most minimal to check on things calls me at midnight last night, woke me up (he is in Jordan, 7 hours ahead of us). I was like, is something wrong? He said no, its ok sorry to bother you I will talk to you tomorrow. I called him this morning to see what was up. You know what he said? "Oh I got like 15 e-mails for some of my clients with their May interview dates, but I didn't get one for you." What? Why the heck would you call me to let me know that? If you don't have one for me, why wake me up at midnight & ruin my sleep???? Geez...what a jacka$&!

You have to look at it from thier side. They probably get thousands of calls every day. Out of those calls how many do you think are the kind of call where the operator is getting yelled at by a mad person because the parerwork is still at NVC. I would be a little pissy to and i'm probably sure you would be also. Walk a mile in another person's shoes and your feet will be killing you.

I'll agree with you that walking in another person's shoes will definitely give us a rational behind their behavior. However, it does not mean their behavior is appropriate. Dealing with rude customer comes as part of their job description... wouldn't you agree.

am agree with you if it happened for one time by accident but 2 or 3 time in a row and from the same person so what do you think about that? and as we know phone operators supposed to be good ones and have good training to avoid those rude people calling, one of there job is be always calm and smiling like anywhere else besides when we call we asking for our rights and some explanations won`t hurt if asked ,ok you will say getting the same question thousand times a day thats ok too because they are the one choose to work as an operator

least not last point is " if anybody of you got the same i guess will not be accepting it anyways we all the same whatever you are or what position you in "

i dunno what to say but it sounds like kinda teasing you or what !!! but you can return it see when its dark over there midnight either and call him :D tell guess what we didnt get our interview yet did you have any news :devil:

I have been reading your discussion daily on waiting for a interview date, I was also told that they weren't giving interviews out until next week, on Friday I got a email with my interview time and date, I did call Friday morning to be told wait another two weeks, I am going thru London

Sorry to bring the bad news guys...I just got off the phone with my SO to let him know and it is so seriously hard. I just don't see how they choose who to schedule the interviews for. I know some people sent in their case to USCIS 2 months after we did and got case complete at NVC the same time we did & they got an interview & we didn't. It hurts so much. All I can do is cry. :crying:

didnt call yet still but if it will be the same answer so its ok Amanda GOD KNOWS WHICH BETTER FOR US so we will be always hanging till we do it

I am in the exact same mood Amanda. Called this morning AVR said case complete on April 10, i got so excited because operators were telling me all of last week that they will keep scheduling through this week also. So talked to an operator - same answer - closed scheduling for May on Friday afternoon :( my husband called twice - same answer, nothing we can do, wait and hope for a June interview. I feel like my hands are tied. Do you think we can begt the embassy to take us earlier or something?
