Hard waking for me today too Maureen! Hubby was chatting on the phone to 2am with his chatty Kathy friend! I tell him it's his girlfriend man! Today is work and conferences tonight!

Ugh...I agree it was hard to get up this morning. Today marks exactly 5 months since I last saw my husband so I am sad today. I wish NVC would just hurry up and give us "case complete" and give us our interview date....waiting is killer!

I hope everyone has a good day today and a good start to April tomorrow.

Hope you all have a good day. Today is 'thursday' for us week wise. Nothing much planned that i know of.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Morning! Any news on Staashi?

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

around 163 days til vacation time again! woohoo

George's sister and nieces will be here next week.

Good Morning Peeps

Yes I think Staashi delivered yesterday but no word as of yet...can't wait to see pix!!

Amanda hang in there girl, one day, when you least expect it....you will get the call!

Maureen...I need a day off from work so bad, I thought I was having off on Good Friday and I was going to take hubby to the shore for the first time here but now I hear 1/2 day! UGH! And I also had a hard time getting up this morning, even after going to sleep early :blink:

I really want to request OFF Good Friday but I am such a stickler for not missing any days. I just feel I get alotted so much, but not much, days off sick, personal, what have you...I think before this one year period ends I should take one or two.

Weather is starting to break, a little chilly but fine enough for my lunch time walk.

I curse the rain/snow today! I'm practicing my speech for the Borah Symposium 2009 Honorary Tree Planting Ceremony for the Former Prime Minister of Norway Dr. Gro Harlem Bruntland and it's a snow globe outside. I have to catch the bus in this stuff and walk around in a professional suit today and I wish the weather would cooperate.
