I made my daily call to NVC today and received the best news, "CASE COMPLETE!" No RFE for not saying "Present" on line 20 of DS230. No RFE for using married name on DS-230 and maiden name on all previous forms.

Still waiting for payment verification of IV Fee bill before they will release the package to Manila. Just a step away.... :)

01/26/10: Exam Day 2 - Immunizations complete, interview day assigned.
01/28/10: INTERVIEW - missing requirement of NBI with incorrect spelling of family name. NBI "AKA"received same afternoon.
02/01/10: Delivered NBI "AKA" to Embassy.
02/03/10: VISA Approved
02/25/10: POE Honolulu, HI USA.....Transfer to Seattle, WA....
04/10/10: Permanent Residency Card recieved.
04/25/10: SSN received

Congrats. Tell me please, did you use short cuts or the regular way? This part of process scares me, I want tto wrap all it up by October the latest. That includes the interview.

Congratulation!! We had the pretty much same timeline in the beginning but I didn't go fast enough. :) I plan only to travel by June or something, so I'm cool about it.

We followed the LingChe shortcut...did not make our own bar codes though...used the automated barcode pages and only used email DS-3032.
