Anyone out the has the best and simple way to organize all evidence and documents preparing prior to the interview? I read a post a fill days ago, it was an old post but it was really organized. The post was talking about labeling documents in folder A, folder B, folder C, folder D, etc. Today I have been spending 3 hours just searching for that post again but I can't find it. What happen to the post? Anyone have any idea on how to organized using folders? Thank you first for your reply.

Hope it helps.

It posted under my name, it called "Call for April Interview". You can do it this way. After receive a package 4 from US Consulate, follow their instructions for pre-screening (list from 1 – 19). Reorgazine checklist’s folder, you will be fine. Anyway, I love the way I did for my fiancee, it was very organized.

Thank you.

When I first submitted the evidences to USCIS, it was all copies. I kept all original and presented later at the interview. If you’ve already submitted the original, you will then bring the latest evidences that you and your wife are still remain in contact (up to now). In addition, ask your wife go over all of your letters & evidences…etc, CO may ask, tell him “when did you first receive a letter from him?”, CO is always asking more evidences, so, why shouldn’t I.

About US Consulate checklist (in package 4), I lost it since we moved to US, it shows you step by step (couldn’t remember how many).

Your wife follows their checklist and organized it at home. It will save her a lot of time at pre-screening. Pre-screening (So Van) before she meet the CO, Vietnamese’s staff will collect, Appointment letter, DS-156, DS-156K, DS-230, Visa photos, copy of passport, MRV receipt, Birth certificate…etc.

Here is what you should do, follow my checklist above. When she receives package 4, take some out and follows their instructions, the rest of it, reorganized.

Hope it helps.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
