Hi

Is there expiration date for court certificate?

My mom obtained her court certificate about 6 months ago. Somebody said court certificate has expiration date 6 months. In this case my mom needs a new one and she has to translate it again and send it to me. The country is Bulgaria. I wish USCIS was moving faster.

Please let me know

Thank you

Its our version of police certificat. :)

I don't know if there is an expiration date but i would say that it has to be issued in the very last moment before you need it. Its pretty easy to obtain (just one day or two depending of how busy are judges). Good luck

Sorry for the confussion. On top of everything our country Bulgaria has a liittle bit more details regarding court record and police certificate. :-) We don`t have those two, we have Court Records

Court Records

Available. Court records (svidetelstvo za sudimost) are issued by the respective district courts to persons born in Bulgaria.

This way they make sure you are not a criminal
