civil surgeon

I have gone to some of the civil surgeon designated by uscis here in texas, but none of them will transcribe my i-693, UNLESS i'm gonna undergo a full physical exam AGAIN...though i showed them the instruction in the form that my medical exam from k1 is valid for a year.. what other proof you think shall i show them just for them to transcribe my i-693?? any other civil surgeon you could refer who doesn't require a full physical exam?? better if it's within dallas county..its makin me upset cuz its delayin the process..=( thanks

Put Dr. Arnold in the VJ search. He is in Texas and will do the transcribe for about $30 through mail. But you must call first.

I have just tried calling their office, but an answering machine was the one who picked it and told me to leave my name and contact number.. I just did and hoping for them to call me back as soon as possible...by the way, thanks for the info..=)

they are just trying to soak you for more money.

am from Pflugerville, TX (north of austin) and i went to dr. Arnold. They only charged me $30 per person (since i have my son as K2) for transcribing my vaccination records to i-693. they'd gonna call you back within 2-3 days. in my case, they called me after a few hours. he's the best deal.
