Quick question about Form I-130

I'm getting married in May, and after I came back from the ceremony, I planned to file for CR-1 for my (soon-to-be) husband as soon as possible. I plan to change my name and take my husband's last name. I am just wondering what name should I put on the form since when I mail the form, it probably will be before I legally change my name. Should I put it under my new name anyway, and put my maiden name under "other name used"? Or should I just use my current name for filing purpose?

In fact, can I change my name with just a Hong Kong marriage certificate?

Thank you!

(I'm already trying to fill out the forms now...since I planned on filling them out with a blue ball point pen, I want to make sure I get everything correct so that i can mail them out as soon as I come back from my ceremony in Hong Kong)

You can legally use his name the minute you marry. You'll be able to get a new Driver's License under his name once you have your marriage certificate, which you'll need to file the I-130 anyway. I would file under your married name, and get your new IDs ASAP also. We married on 12/19/2008 and I filed the I-130 under my married name on 01/05/2009. In many places it asks for your maiden name too - and it says to put your maiden name down under "other names".
