RFE email notification

Well we celebrated our 5th anniversary of meeting with an email notification of an RFE!

I am sure it is for the vaccination supplement as I did not have the correct form and sent in my record card.

Can anyone tell me where I find info on Civil Surgeons please, so I can be ready to go when I get the notice.

Dean, I have just found the link and the closest to us is 80 miles away! Great.

After reading about Faith's problems I want to go in person.

good idea sarah, and sadly be prepared to be ripped off....we were in st louis..about $135 for 2 shots..and of course $50 for them to fill out the form

I may have found another way. I just read about another Brit who called the UK hospital where he had the medical and asked for them to send him a copy of his medical and vaccination supplement. He got them and submitted them and was approved - but he sent them with the initial application, not from an RFE.

This whole bloody system drives you nuts, they wouldn't have given us the ******* approval to enter the USA if we hadn't had the medical etc!!!
