Timeline

I'm preparing to assemble the packet 3~

These are the following ~ anything else?? Am i missing anything?

As for I134, 2 years of tax return, is that sufficient? + recent pay stubs?

Police certificates from countries where the beneficiary has resided after the age of 16;

Medical examination of the beneficiary

Sworn affidavit of financial support (Form I-134) from the petitioner, with evidence of income and assets attached

Signed and dated letter from the petitioner addressed to the U.S. Consul, reaffirming the petitioner's intent to sponsor the beneficiary as a fiancé and to marry in the U.S. This reaffirmation letter will revalidate the I-129F if its USCIS approval is more than 4 months old;

2/18/2009: Mailed I-129F Form

2/20/2009: NOA 1 Receipt Date

3/20/2009: NOA 2 Notice Approval Date

05/28/2009: Interview APPROVED

:wow: congrats for 31 days approval..... looks like csc is taking us for more surprises....hmm....amazing :D ..... iam also at this stage so....ill keep watch of this. With regards to tax return- i read it should be 3 yrs consecutive tax returns (?).....but anyway.........more vj with experience will give us accurate information later ...perhaps... :star:

These things are somewhat consulate specific and always case specific. Make sure you have everything on the checklist needed for you case. If divorce, marriage and military records are not applicable, you don't need them. In Kiev, one years tax return was sufficient for the I-134. In all cases, you must have the original document, a copy and a translation. You need the visa application forms as required. Proof of ongoing realtionship in any and all forms. At minimum, you will also need her birth certificate, a copy and a translation. You need the orignal police certificate(s), copies and translations.
