Hi Everyone

We are looking over things a bit early in order to be very thorough and hopefully get it right the first time. :)

But I am wondering, on the line mentioned in my Topic Title, the question is this.......

"16. Have you EVER been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason?"

so our question is this.........

last year my husband got a speeding ticket so yes he has been detained along side a highway and yes he was cited and had to pay the fine for it so I'm thinking, in order to be completely honest we would have to list that here.

Are they gonna hold that against him in any way? I mean, the section is under "Good Moral Character" and it sounds bad that way ya know?

A little concerned here,

Cathy n Rob

On that basis nobody would be able to naturalise, well nobody with a driving license.

Put the details down, it is only a problem if you do not.
