Do you guys feel that we still need to keep updating the chart? Don't get me wrong, I'll gladly keep updating it, but it seems now that the reason why we started compiling info no longer exists. RFE are being sent, approved, petitions are being mailed to the foreign consulates...

So... what do you think?

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Believe me, the work done so far is tremendous, but at this point your reason is different than mine. Being so far behind in the race I need all the stepping stones I can. I propose a once-a-day update, if you're up to it, rather than multiples/day. But I need the fix of an updated chart at least twice a week.

Hi All,

I agree with Cigarovich. It really would be unfair if we stopped now. It really is good info for ALL on the list. It served a great purpose, info and support, for us reapproved lucky ones as it is still doing for those not approved. I also feel it's good to keep the "consulate received" live as well. That can help all of us.

Mew, if you do not want to keep it up, I will.

Cheers & Happy Friday!

Maybe you could delete the earlier dates if there isn't enough room on the chart and add a column for interview dates.

Okay, guys. I added some updates to the chart. I'll keep doing it since you think it's still helpful. :)

Americanwoman, thanks a ton for offering help. If I can't do the updates, I'll forward you the PMs that I receive, okay?

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Aw, aque, I'm sorry. Have you called NVC to check on the date your petition was sent? It usually takes them a few more days to actually mail it out, it seems. Then wait for a few days and call the consulate back, or try and e-mail them...

Thanks mew, Yes I did, NVC mailed it on the 14th using DHL. As I checked before there was only one going from DHL to Tel Aviv in the time between 13-16of Aug. I just know it was mine, and they received it on the 17th. (last time it took exactly the same time to get from NVC to israel)Apparently they are too lazy to get off their behinds and do some work there! :ranting:

I dont mind the waiting, if the waiting is for a reasonable delay. But when I asked her if it is possible to have received the petition and just not have entered it into the system yet.....again the retarded "I don't know i cant answer anymore questions for you" i'd like to strangle her!

Nope, NADA from CSC. Polly at NVC said I should be getting a letter from NVC soon. Weird, isn't it! I recall some of Yodrak's posts saying he had a similar situation - no updates, no emails, no NOAs from USCIS, but he is married now, so somehow he made it through the process! At this point, I'll take what I can get. I am a little nervous if the embassy should ask my fiance for a copy of the second NOA2, which I have not received. :star:
