we don't know who is sending the cases to the consulates?

We've gotten more answers saying they're sending directly from the services centers. I think I was the only one who got a "I have no idea, but your petition is not here".

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

more answers from USCIS saying that......i'll wait and see as they have passed on more disinformation than real info. i am rather concerned if they are because it's another hold up/wait for them to even figure out how to send them. maybe that's why the approved are still in VSC.

OR maybe they want to send in batches. let's hope not!

(note: this post is speculation only)

It´s not only that.

The reapproval-update itself says it will be fwd to DoS.

VSC officers are saying the opposite.

Who knows what happens next.

I just know I wanna have this problem. Wait for the RFE to beapproved is the worst.

I need something else to think about.

my re-approval update didn't say anything about forwarding to DoS or NVC. it didn't even mention being a 're-apporval'. it was the same approval message as before, but with today's date instead of one from april.

Huh, how weird is that? So it doesn't say "reaffirmed"? Could you post it here for us to take a look?

Woah! VSC is sending different messages! I'd have expected CSC to send different notices, but not VSC. Oh, well.

Hey, could you call NVC and VSC next week and see what answer they give you as to who will be sending the petition back to the consulate? So we'd add one more set of answers to the ones we've collected...

I recieved my email today re-opening my case and notifying me of an RFE on the way. I sincerely hope my friend in misery t&s got his as well. It took more time for me to get this d*mn email than the entire initial approval process. You know I am not a vindictive man nor do I wish others harm but someone or several people should lose their job over the way this was handled as well as thei p*ss poor customer service/disinformation lines.

Sorry for the rant. I promise to return to normal but after what we've been through I needed to vent a little. maybe a USCIS punching bag... or dart board...

Hey RLT & Lewis...................Keep your eyes on the lookout!!!!

I got approved as well today!!!! Same message as rockamandy. Just when I gave up hope for the day, my prayers came through.................I got the email at 6pm.

How ironic that one year to the day that I physically met Anna in Moscow that we would get approved (uhhh....re-approved, I mean).

By the way, for those concerned about approvals for those who answered yes to the MB question, I think you can now stop worrying as I also answered yes.

milestogo, I'm glad to see you finally got the RFE update!
