How do you think I feel, my case hasn't even been opened. What about the other people that haven't even been touched. Another business day gone by for us. Forgive me for being so selfish, but at least they are somehow working on your cases.

I've just PM'ed you about it...

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

I think your NOA2 is coming really soon, Rlt.

Also, look at my timeline, things will move faster (again) after it. Who knows, we might still get an interview on the same day!

Thank you, Laura.

I hope it will come next week.

6 days till the Consulate? Not bad...!!!!

I didn´t get your point.

I only hope my case will be approved. What does it have to do with your case?

Ummm, guys, let's try not get into fights or sucked into bad feelings here.

If there's anything in common between our cases is that they've been handled very badly and that the positive updates and approvals we've been getting point to the future approvals we'll all be having...

Another wasted week... My case was re-opened on June 27, but no RFE, yet... Did not get any help from the Senator's office and did not get any informative answers from the USCIS Customer Service.

Wow, I'm sorry... :( I just took a look at the chart to see how long they've taken to send RFEs. There was one case with a time gap of almost a month. It'll happen for you soon, piper.

t&s, has your case been opened yet? I just PMed tuekros who had his case opened so we may be among the last left since I don't know how many are actively updating their profiles. The glass half full approach would say we're coming soon. The glass half empty view has me very worried about lost cases, etc. I can no longer even describe how upsetting this has all been.

A month??!! We should be so lucky. It's been 90 days since I recieved a call from the Moscow embassy cancelling our June 29th interview. Since then, nothing, nada, zip. I've called everyone and without going in details on the responses I've come to the conclusion that the NVS, USCIS, State Department, etc actively hate their own citizens.

Maybe good news for I-129Fiancee Recalled People not opened and not approved yet? I just read on the Immigration Attorney Website

http://www.aila.org/RecentPosting/RecentPostingList.aspx

that the VSC anounced on July 26, they were transferring 5,000 I-129 NON IMMIGRANT WORKER and 22,000 I-130 SPOUSAL PETITIONS TO TSC AND VSC, so maybe they can start processing the backlog quickly.

Hmm, I thought they were already doing that, transferring certain kinds of visa petitions to other service centers. That was the reason why Nebraska and Texas stopped working on K1 visas, for example.

Check out what I just found!!! Read Matt, from Biloxi, MS question almost at the end of the attached page... and read Dr. Emilio Gonzalez's answer?!?!?!

http://www.whitehouse.gov/ask/20060724.html

Yeah, this was posted some time ago. Mr. Gonzalez's answer is pretty much the canned answer. Like, "dude, chill, we're working on the petitions, alright?".
