I haven't been touched since 4/16/2006, the original approval date. Its beginning to piss me off. I am happy for you guys, but still nothing for me.

Apparently some of the petitions are reopened in batches according to countries. They've gotten to Philippines, and some time soon they'll get to Thailand. I understand your frustration though. Don't lose hope...

Thanks mew. I gotta go exercise or something. Otherwise my computer might not boot up tomorrow.

My Philippines case was finally reopened today as well, although I ONLY received the "On July 27, 2006, this case was reopened on a USCIS motion, and the case is now in process." e-mail and not the DoS e-mail, which I guess is a good thing. Of course, I received that e-mail THREE TIMES heh...

They always send 3.

Good news is you know where it's going. Bad news is you don't know exactly how long they'll take to reopen your case. But I think you have a positive balance, right?

Good news is you know where it's going. Bad news is you don't know exactly how long they'll take to reopen your case. But I think you have a positive balance, right?

The screwed up part is not knowing whats going on. My fiancee wants me to go visit in September, but I don't want to go twice this year especially if the cases are getting reapproved. I can understand because I haven't seen her since January. Balanced???? I'm far from that.

I understand your frustration. I myself kind of thought of asking my fiance to come over before we got approved, some time before - the last time we've seen each other was back in February. We then thought I'd be there as early as May or June. We weren't even sure they'd approve the RFE this fast. So, yeah, we're kept in the dark and we can't make plans and it sucks.

But they have your case back there and the way things have been happening this week for all recalled cases, I'm sure they'll get to yours some time real soon.

How do you think I feel, my case hasn't even been opened. What about the other people that haven't even been touched. Another business day gone by for us. Forgive me for being so selfish, but at least they are somehow working on your cases.
