I also used FEDEX and have Williston, VT which I believe is the correct location. On the site it said the address was a "revised address". The package was also signed by the same person that signed for my expedite request, G. Merrihew. It just a matter of waiting for the RFE email notification.

Also, that may be the reason why I keep getting touched? They got the RFE in St. Albans but it was supposed to be delivered in Williston?

I know, I know, it's impossible to know for sure. I'm just having a bad day and I feel like crying.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

There's no problem in either case, they have all of our RFE's that were sent and they are actually processing yours as we write. Williston is just where the FEDEX location is, that's all.

Too bad we have no data yet to predict how long the RFE approval will take but I will guess less than 30 days. Looks like you get to be one of the first NOA2 recall VSC guinea pigs! Hopefully, this week or next.

Thank you all for the answers.

Mine was signed by the same person.

Mew, don´t worry. The service center is in at. albany

my girl is calling vsc at lunchtime and I´ll post the info she gets, even though I know they won´t say much.

I just hope my rfe wasn´t delivered to the wrong location, but as Lewis got the same place, I´lltake this as a good sign.

It´s just like school.. You don´t wanna look different than the other kids.

Good luck.

I need this answer today.

Not doing well again.

Cheers.

Mew, minha nova amiga.

Well it finally happened. I got the update today that our RFE is coming! It only took them nearly 29 days since our case was reopened. I am quite excited, however, 29 days to send the form is really terrible. Anyway, I hope everyone else that is still waiting gets their forms soon, we are almost in August now!

Well, the case was finally reopened July 13, we were touched July 15, and I was notified July 18 that the RFE was in the mail.

I'm starting the UK visa process as well. Whichever one arrives first is where we'll live.

Yeah, it looks good outside...!

May this be a good day for everybody.

I just got an update saying they received my RFE in Vermont !!! I mailed it back on July13th and they received the next day. It took them 6 days to put in the system.

Since we are still getting cases reopened, I think we´ll all get there.

Good luck, everyone!

I've added your data to your chart, Eliza. :) And, of course, everyone else's. I'm happy for all of you.

Double posted for some reason...

I really hate this bull. Everyone that is filing now is getting the

RFE's. If they are working on the new petitions who is working on the recalled petitions?

Hi.

My fiancée received the RFE on July13th and mailed it back to Vermont on the same day.

It says on the Fedex website that it was delivered in WILLISTON, VT by the next day - July14th, morning time.

We still haven´t got an update saying they received the RFE.

I´d like to know from you guys if anything sounds strange or if I should worry about it.

Is WILLISTON, VT the right place??!?

I´m worrying about everything now. How long should we wait before calling Vermont?

Please share your stories here.

Thanks!

Don't worry, Since 911, Fed Ex does not deliver directly to VSC...VSC sends a truck to the Fed Ex facility to pick up the packages. I know this coz my K-1 was sent that way, and was delivered one day late coz the VSC pick up truck was not given the package at the facility. The Fed Ex supervisor there was real nice, even gave me her cell number and told VSC the package was mistakenly one day late due to their error.

I'd have to thank other VJs for their help with formatting and organizing it. (F)
