Well, we have 4 approvals in VSC so far. They´re all from June and May NOA1s, but from people that sent their RFE back first, and were processed back into the USCIS system (the message they received their RFEs) first. We had two approved that had RFEs processed on 6/26 and two on 6/27.

Luis&Laura,

how long did it take for you to get the "We received your RFE" after you sent it back to Vermont?

:)

Or, how long is taking them to put that in the system after people send it?

Let´s see, we sent ours back express mail on June 26th, but they never delivered it next day, took them 2 days instead, so it got there on the 28th, and it was on the system on the 30th. So yeah, for us it was 4 days after we sent it.

Thank you!

That´s not bad...

Is that the average from what you have seen in other threads?

I think we should wait until more come in to come to the conclusion they are adjudicating in RFE order. 2 doesn't seem to hold much evidence.

We have 4 at this point. They're either doing it this way or the noobs got to an officer who didn't take the week off.

Hey, I thought you guys would like to know...

After getting my RFE being sent on July 6th, I got touched today, saturday morning.

I think this is good news and they should be working on more recalled petitions!

As for my case, I hope they are clearing everything they need to, so when they receive my RFE they will just reapprove my application.

That thread about not sending it through NVC kind of cheered me up a little bit.

If that´s the case, not only it would (hopefully) save some time but it could mean they intend to process the recalled cases faster once receiving the RFE.

I know!! I hope so too... Don´t wanna get too excited, though. But at least, it seems like the officer who had my case is back from vacations.

I see you got touched everyday from your RFE update to getting it in the mail, and a lot of times after that too.

You´ll be getting your approval next week. I´m pretty sure.

Any tips on how to send the RFE really fast and know they got it?

Also, should we put something in the envelope saying it´s the IMBRA rfe so they won´t put the letter aside with thousands of regular mail they must receive everyday?

I heard that if you ask for the registry to able to follow your case it takes longer ´cus then they have to have someone enter the info at each stop the package makes, without it being registred it flies through the posts faster, so you might wanna do that. Besides that, get it express. We did write K1 VISA - RFE on the outside of the envelope.

About my touches, yeah, I was, but since the 4th my guy took the week off and nothing else was done on my case, I hope I´m all set for approval, and that I´m still at the top of his desk, during this week they could have burried my case under others. :(

No, they won´t do that.. maybe they are just checking for something that would take a few days to get answered.

So writing "K1 VISA - RFE" is indeed a good idea?

Where did you write it?
