I´m hopeless. I´m just not the same person I was before. The day I got that phonecall, canceling my interview, they killed me a little bit.

I cant even be happy for you guys getting RFEs. Honestly, I´m only jealous.

I just can´t see them sending it to me.

Americanwoman, my questions to VSC would be:

1 - People are getting their cases reopened, and my case as long as many others were reopened 2 weeks ago. People getting their cases reopened 5 days ago are getting the RFEs being sent. Why?

2 - What does "your case is now under review" mean? If it was recalled because of IMBRA, why don´t I get the RFE?

3 - When are they expecting to send all the RFEs to recalled people?

As for you guys posting people´s timeline for the RFE, I think adding you fiacée´s country would be a good idea too.

Rlt, that´s exactly how I feel, ever since IMBRA dropped on us, I can´t see myself getting approved anymore.

I know you won´t agree with me, and what I´m gonna say it´s not gonna change how you feel.

But I´ll try and cheer you up anyways...

As I´m not in your situation, I see it in a different way.

IMBRA is real. It did happen, right? So we gotta face it.

That said, they have your RFE back and will be looking at your case this month. Just trust me. They will.

It can be tomorow, it can be in 3 weeks... but you´ll get your NOA2 this month.

As soon as you get it, feel free to private message me because I know a few things that will make your brazilian part of the journey shorter.

Think about it. It will end this month.

If I can ask you guys for one thing, please add me to your prayers just for tonight.

Good idea about adding the fiance country, RLT. Interesting, I am the only recall to show up so far at CSC with an RFE. I started out at NSC. Must've been one the last ones they approved before the became aware of the new IMBRA evidentiary requirements. RLT, I am almost 100% cetain you will get the IMBRA RFE, even though nothing actually said anything about the cause being IMBRA. None of the updates, emails, notices, etc. I got ever mentioned the reason our case was recalled, reopened, and I had the same fears. Luckily these fears were unfounded. I think they are just trying to grind their way through the mountain of paper, without a lot of regard for priority dates and such. B)

"Touched" means UPDATED.

When you go to the USCIS home page and sign up, filling out your case information, you then can login each day and see if the case was UPDATED.

It will say Last updated..and it will give a date. So if you check daily, you will see anytime the date changes..

What the heck Luis&Laura......I know its hard for everyone but you dont have to be so sour all the time...dont you remember what this forum is for...

The NOA2 IMBRA RFE LIST

In order of NOA1 receipt date

9 of the 10 cases shown here, have already been reopened, after being temporarily put on hold for the USCIS to catch up with the new IMBRA law demands.

4 of the 10 have even been recently physically handled by an immigration officer within the last 10 days.

In fact 3 of the 10 cases here have made it all the way to having had even physically recieved the NOA2 IMBRA RFE. All one the same day. These 3 petitiones were were all last touched on the 29th and 26 of June.
