You got it right, we know now that they are focused on NOA2s.

I was not happy about the turn down of the request, but it was good to at least get a response in the mail, it does mean they are working on our cases.

July will be the turning point.

It's always darkest before the dawn.

I agree with this saying. You know Cigarovich its been soooo dark lately, and not just this process alone. I am sure for many of you like me so many other sides of your life are being affected by this torturesome process. It feels like you can't plan anything. Simple things like remodeling my kitchen are hanging in the air while I wait for this to go through. I want to be able to do these things together with my fiance. I want to just have the pleasure of sitting in the same room with him for once. I want to be able to come home and have him hug me when I've been having the most gruesome day at work. I need him here with me and this uncertainty of not knowing when and how this will happen is torturing me.

Every decision I have to make is affected by this: I can't move, I can't take a vacation I can't just stop working even though I am so sick of going to work everyday and coming back to an empty home which should have had my husband there already a month ago. I can't look at our pictures anymore and not cry at times because I've been so patient through this whole process and just when it seemed to come to the end I was catapulted all the way back to the beginning of this mess. Honestly I'm losing strength. Somedays are better than others...today is not one of them. Sorry for the long post, just feel so useless now. thanx for reading

not to burst any bubbles but (as i posted before) uscis never accepted error for the recall hence an expedite request based on uscis error won't be approved/accepted.

i know this sucks but it's still our waiting game. and we do not know how the recalled will be handled until they are handled. the speculation roller coaster ride isn't helping us!

welllllllllllllll, as you are neither a lawyer nor a USCIS rep, and I was told TWICE in 2 conversations with VSC reps to send an expedite request I think I'll keep my bubble away from you, tyvm.

Premature for me - planning on calling Thursday.

I will continue to put pressure on everyone, lawyer, congresspeople, USCIS. Everyday!

And even though my expedite request did not go through, I still think it was a wise idea. Now is not the time to slow down the pressure or doubt our strategies.

Just to clarify. Those you speak to using the NSCS 1800 number are not USCIS reps either for facts. They are call center staff and anything they say is also not gospel, proven time and time again, past and present, on various matters.

VSC will as they have always been, as fast as they can be given the circumstances, in processing these cases.

Hoping to see good news within these threads in the not too distant future that these cases are well on their way again.

I'll bet one of the primary complaints they have is, If they spent less time answering the phone they would have more time to work on cases.

How is calling them going to slow the process??????????? It is already very clear that the people that answer the phones are not the ones working on our cases. It's not time to start beating up on ourselves because we are all frustrated. The facts are that the more information we get, the better off we will be.

From reading these post it seems calling does nothing more than raise your level of frustration. People are even trying to band together to file lawsuits. I am as anxious as the next guy to be reunited with my fiance. But I also think calling 2 or 3 times a day and asking..are we there yet doesnt do anyone much good.

But again Im on your side....

A watched pot never boils

and lets be honest as helpful as this site is. It is one big pot of simmering speculation

Gomez,

I totally agree about the speculation, yes this site has way too much of it. And no, I'm not calling more than once a week at this point. Calling the USCIS at this point won't help me, but for someone else in a different situation it may be advisable.

I'm on your team too, don't get the wrong impression. It's just that sometimes the negative ranting (not yours) can be overbearing. Let's hope for good news soon!

Fair enough.
