This week I hope to send my husband's court and police reports to the NVC with his I-864 package. One of them (the fiche anthropometrique) expires end April. Does anybody know if the US consulate will require that he present an updated report at the interview stage? My husband got his early because he had an issue about 8 years ago and we needed to make sure there wasn't going to be anything reported on it (there isn't  ). All going well, he might get his interview in June, insha'allah. The casier judiciaire doesn't have an expiry date, but he got it in early March so hopefully it's good for 6 months or so(?).
