On the sample form for the I-864 it is written as though the immigrant is already in the US. Should I have my wife's mailing address as mine and do I write NA, None, or leave blank #6 and #7?

Part 2 of I-864 for “information on the principal immigrant” so you have to write your spouse address not your. You will find answer for question #6 on NOA2 (approval notice from USCIS) under beneficiary column and in question #7 write “None”.

Your annual income should be what it is currently - ie: What is your projected annual salary this year?

With I-864 form, you need employment letter for current annual income so contact HR.

Technically I'm a part time employee. Even though I work 60 hours a week I'm only guaranteed 16. In the last two years I have made just over $20,000 and this year I just got a $1.00 raise AND I wont be taking so many weeks off for because my wife will be in the states. I have a funny feeling they are going to send a letter saying I expect to make $14,000 when in actuality it will be more like $25,000.

Well good thing I'm getting started on it now right? If you guy's have any ideas let me know.

I think you can put what you actually earn. Ask HR to clarify the over time you get and back up what you say you make even if its different than what HR says with past time card recipts.. I talked alot with the IO at the spokane office . Mostly he said they are more interested in your ability to earn as opposed to what you actaully earn. If you are showing a good history I think you will be ok.

Jeeze I hope so my I-864 is all messed up Ill have to post what happened becasue I am in a real odd situation regarding that
