After one and 1/2 day in jail

The judge, after I played guilty, downgraded my charges into a non-criminal charge of disorderly conduct with a fine to pay $150 + 120$ search fees.

Never plead guilty. Especially in inner city areas such as Brooklyn. Usually what happens is they give you a court date.....you show up and plead not guilty.....then they give you another date to return for your sentencing......then you pray the police officer doesn't show up and if he/she doesn't show up they throw out your case. It is very common for the police officers not to appear in court in the inner cities. I experienced this first hand in Detroit and every case I ever took to court (in my high school and early college years) was disposed of on my sentencing date because the police didn't show up! Matter of fact, the judge was calling each person one by one: case dismissed, case dismissed, case dismissed.....it was ridiculous.

Seems like an other grey area in immigration law based on some past cases. Please remember this whole case which you have posted is in result of an appeal to denied I-601 wavier of inadmissibility. That means that USICS denied his AOS application according to prostitution inadmissibility and multiple criminal convictions as I posted. However he was lucky to have US Citizen wife and kids to qualify to apply for Wavier of inadmissibility otherwise it would be game over.

Im sorry about what happened to you but as far as I know there is now crime involved in TALKING to anynbody. The crime is solicitation prostitution which means the SERVICES were not free and a price was set for "these services" If you shy to say you paid for it ...that's okey but don't mislead people. If it was "free" it means you didn not silocit anybody and the girl was willing to give it up for free and theres no crime in that....JUST PLEASERE
