removing conditional residency

i have pending devorce, i didnt know when its done, honestly it bothered me alot especially we're fighting the child custody,he filed devorced for me, now i need to file for lefting my conditional residency G-card , he sign my papers form then i check entered good faith but marriage end devorce but i wrote in the right side pending devorce, then later after my devorce is final i gonna submitt devorce decree?

OR is this possible that i file jointly, does USCIS can access that i have pending devorce,

how my friends can wrote letter for me that says i my marrieds fell a part

I wouldn't do this, if you say that the marriage is still ok and they find out that you filed while you knew that you are pending divorce then they might see it as fraud.

Seeing you have a kid and such, it kind of shows indeed that the marriage was entered in good faith and that's what the officer needs to know. If I were you, I'd just stay honest and tell them that the divorce is pending and give them any possible document also.
