32. Answer "Yes, with authorization" OR "no"

33. Answer "Yes" and give name of school, OR "no"

For the K-1 visa this is basically an "NA" question. You could probably answer "NA K-1 visa" and be just fine. These answers do not obligate for the future. Whether you say yes or no, she can change her mind later.

I also got confused about these particular numbers. I answered NO to both even if i plan to work and study in the U.S. Because if you answer yes, they asked more question. And i wouldnt be able to provide the answer bec i do not have employer yet and i do not know which university will i take my masters.. so... thats it... but i think, "Gary and Alla" is right. The question is really not applicable to us, K1 Visa holders/applicants. :)

MY K1 EXPERIENCE blog...click on this link..

My K1 visa has already been approved. I had been really frustrated to find more info about K1 when we were still under the process. Some blogs have been useful. Now, that I completed the K1 process, I wish to share my own experience. So click on the link if you need more info about K1. The blog includes the requirements, med exams, questions on the interview, CFO and more. I hope that it will help. Thanks. Cheers and good luck.. :)

This could be more sensitive in some consulates than others, Kiev is very "family friendly" and you could probably answer "maybe". If I thought it would be an issue, then I would just say "No" and leave it at that, though I am at a loss to explain why it would be an issue for a K-1. The form DS-156 is used for many types of visas and these questions would be more relevent for them, presumeably
