Green Card Quick Question

Hello Members:

My wife just got her AOS approved just 1.5 months before our 2 year anniversary. The interviewer stated that we will get a temporary green card. But we got a letter from the USCIS stating the card has been sent for ordering and we should recieve it in 3wks. Also in that letter it states that the validation should be for 10 years.

So the question is: Does the letter mean that she will not get a temporary green card or will she?

It should be 2-year conditional unless she is adjusting as a derivative status !.....

but if they give you 10-year, that is fine. I'm sure you are not gonna complain about it

NOA2 Hard Copy of I-130 Approval received 03/07/09

Biometrics Done 03/24/09

STILL CAN'T SEE ON-LINE STATUS FOR AOS & EAD !.....

NOTE : I DID NOT APPLY FOR I-131 (AP).
