nope i meant the NONE USC who is the USC filling for him in my case which was me none a USC it was my dads and mom names

nope i meant the NONE USC who is the USC filling for him in my case which was me none a USC it was my dads and mom names

I got so confused - what kind of an answer is this? Simply say, the beneficiary's Mom and Dad and thanks to Canadian_wife to clearing that off.
