Hi,

I am about to leave the states in May with my Advanced Parole documentss (2). I know I show thes when I come back in but what do I do about the I-94.

Does the airline take your I-94 when leaving the country (USA). If they do does that mean I fill in a new one together with my advanced Parole travel documents?

I have already filed for AOS and the reason I ask is that as far as I know it is still needed for the adjustment of status interview.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes the airline takes the I-94 when you board the plane.

The wfie and I flew to Brasil 2 weeks ago they took her I-94 at the boarding gate.

She does not return until June 1st.

She has the Advanced Parole documents with her, 2 copies for the return.

As far as the I-94 I do not believe she fills out a new one with the Advanced Parole, will know in June
