hi everyone :)

our flight schedule is like this:

3:50 pm we are landing in Philadelphia

6:00 pm next flight to Vegas the same airlines.

When we only change terminals do I go through POE in Philli? if yes,is it enough time assuming no flight delays? There should be separate queue for military people (my fiance), shouldn;t there?

I am a little stessed out that we will have little time........

N-400 timeline (under sec. 319 b from overseas)

This past weekend I flew from Ontario to Minneapolis and then connected a flight from Minneapolis to Louisville (home). I went through CBP in Minneapolis. It took QUITE a while. Mostly because customs was on the other side of the airport and they had to bus us around to it. At MSP there were a good 10-15 agents open taking people in, it took me all of 30 seconds from the time I walked into the room to be called to an agent. The thing that takes the longest is, you have to claim your luggage from luggage claim, and then recheck it once you are through CBP. If it's a busy place, getting to your luggage could be time consuming. Then after rechecking the luggage we had to go through security again and then we are allowed to head to our connecting flight. I'd allow for at least 30-45 minutes to go through the whole process.

However, you might want to call the Philly airport and see if they believe your layover amount is enough time. The airlines are normally pretty good about only scheduling flights that allow for enough time between international flights, but it doesn't hurt to check.

Not very good advice considering you came from Canada to a completely different airport, on a completely different visa..

No separate lines for military in Philadelphia.

I went thru there as a USC in under five minutes. Depends on how many international flights arrive at the same time, but since its usally US Air, there never seems to be a line.

When you leave customs, there is a agent taking your baggage for you connection. The flight to LV is in a different terminal...you can walk it....10 minutes.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Unless you run into problems, you should have enough time. Besides, Philly is a pretty nice poe.
