Without you seeing the RFE, we can only speculate but the most common mistake is to count your wife as both the beneficiary and a spouse. If your spouse is the beneficiary, for the purposes of the I-864 you do not list a spouse.

I am sure you are very near to completion of your case. Yes this is all very annoying but soon you will get the letter and then send them what they require. We truly have no another way at this. Please be patient and it will be all over and your family will be together I am sure.

Sorry, that I cant here but wondering if someone knows off hand what the different reasons one would RFE in NVC level. I am still new to NVC process and will learn as it proceeds I guess.

Best of luck and hopefully all will be well.

I know it is frustrating but it is goign to be okay. Speak to an operator, it might just be the computer. I am not trying to tell you not to visit your family, i completely understand how hard it is to be apart from them. My husband never saw his daughter until she was almost 2 years old. Maybe since your job is at stake it might be best to just wait until the interview to visit again. Above all, pray. God always has the answer. Don't be worried and i know that is hard to do, not to worry but the embassy in Guyana is not as scary as it seems. The good news is that you have plenty of visits on your record. At this point, things are looking very good for you.

Good luck and God bless. :star:

PS: I did not go to my husband's interview and they asked for a DNA test for our daughter but his visa was approved. You may not even need to spend the extra money or take a chance with your job by going to the interview. You will want to have something to support your family once they are here. :star:
