I did not see an exact answer to this so am asking :

On the I-129F I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, Has your Fiance(e) met and seen you ?

In the box - do you just put "Please see attached sheet marked "I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, Has your Fiance(e) met and seen you ? " and nothing else ?

Also - along this same theme - do I start from when we 1st met ? or just tell about when we met in person ?

You know, I took this question to mean only when and how did you meet in person. I did not explain how we initially met (the internet). I think most people explain the initial meeting and also how they met in person. I got approved so obviously the explanation of the in-person meeting is critical. How you initially met will almost certainly be asked at the consulate interview though.

Yes, since that question was part of "did you met/seen in a 2 year period".

They really don't want a drawn out "love" story.

My own explanation was one paragraph, Just the Facts...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

"See attached" Put a heading on the attachment so they know exactly what it is.

"Returning from a trip to Ukraine on Sept 19, 2007 I had a layover in Prague, CZ. I met Alla while waiting in line to buy bus tickets to the city"

Give or take a few words, that was my answer. One photo together at a restraunt and boarding passes and passport stamps.
