Can I file for the visa even if I don't have my house yet, I am in the army and waiting for housing. My fiance' is in Germany and we are trying to get this done as fast as possible

Shouldn't be any problem as it takes 6 months until the interview unless you grt the case expedited. Military can somes times if they are being deployed. Also there isn't any requirement for having a house. Just so you guys have some kind of a pad to crash in. No she can't move into the barracks with you and the boys11

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

You being in service, qualifies you for the expedited processing.. I just talked to them.. and they said that is the only way to expedite 129F

EXAMINE WHAT YOU BELIEVE TO BE IMPOSSIBLE, THEN CHANGE YOUR BELIEF !!!
