Okay... let me start:

I'm pro choice, with the same criteria that Charles stated.

I'm pro death penalty, especially in cases with DNA evidence.

I don't believe in the Bible, even though it says something about "an eye for an eye", which should be justification alone for the death penalty.

I'm pro Constitution and pro rights. Either you have them, or you don't.

I'm pro military.

I'm against gun control.

I'm for tougher punishment and longer prison terms, and believe if you won't give a released prisoner all their rights when released... then don't release them.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Here I will show how an effective and efficient system works. One that looked at the constitution, since the country was formed a good 100+ years later, and learned for its mistakes. Its flaws.

Just the other week they had a punch-on in Sydney airport were some bikies were involved in a scuffle, leading to one persons death. Since then there has been public outrage. Pretty much overnight the following laws were put forward to tackle the issue head on. This also shows you how dynamic the Australian / Canadian (similar system) is. No ALCU types standing in the way of 'we the people'. No 300 year old document written in a totally different time, era or set of circumstance to hold progress and reform back.

No second chances in anti-gang laws, says Rees

http://www.smh.com.au/national/no-second-c...90402-9l43.html

ANTI-BIKIE laws proposed by Nathan Rees will be proclaimed by the Governor either today or Monday and the first targets of the legislation will be the Hells Angels, the Comanchero and Notorious bikie gangs, government and police sources say.

The Premier rushed the legislation through caucus and Parliament yesterday insisting it was a "proportionate response to an escalation in violence [involving] outlaw motorcycle gangs".

The laws will allow the Police Commissioner to apply to the Supreme Court to have gangs and gang members declared illegal and to have control orders placed on them.

Gang members would then be unable to contact each other and would be restricted from being involved in many professions including the security industry, any form of horseracing - even as stablehands - and banned from selling liquor. Penalties for breaching the laws will be up to two years for a first offence and five years for a second.

The laws adjust accordingly to fit the situation and times we live in. Whereas, relying on documents written hundreds of years ago when someone couldn't even fathom the thought of 'bikie gang', for example, is idiotic.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.
