Hi i'm new here.. hope to get ur advice..

My K3 interview is April 23

But im worried because my address in my marriage contract is wrong...

I wanted to change it because i feel it can lead to a denial of visa.

Now here is my problem as you all know that G-325a is one of the requirements you need to send to file a k3 visa.

I knew my address is wrong in my marriage contract but we didnt change it because we didnt realized it will cause a big issue. Now here is the story in my G-325a or my biographic Information I live in my grandma's house (sapote, las pinas) since I was born until up to present, but since in my marriage contract my address is different so we didnt change it and we just follow whats in our marriage contract. What i put in my G-325a is that i lived in las pinas since i was born (which is true) and moved in Kazimiro (wrong) and live there 2006-2008 and moved back to las pinas 2008 - present...

But all my proof are addressed in my real address, I've read a lot in the forums that many couples are being investigate or deny because of some mistakes in their marriage contract so i dont wanna be one of them so im doing evrything i can to correct this mistake. Specially i dont wanna lie and it may lead a denial. It was too late for us to realized that we should have fixed my address before we apply my visa. But its there nothing we can do i just wanna try my best to correct this mess.

I'm asking for your advice if i change my address my G-325a information will NOT match my My marriage Contract and they might question me. Will i let it stay that way and stick what we have said in my G-325a info.

Please help im deperate....

Just take proof of your current address with you, that way you can show proof of where you were.

But you should correct your marriage contract, important papers like that should be correct.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
