I hope she talked with him. Maybe she just doesn't want to tell anyone what he said, since that would be a private conversation. I hope she is able to make a good decision, and will be okay. So here's my advice. Go talk with him, see if you can reconcile. Maybe its just a friend and the girl is initiating the contact and not your bf. Explain your hurt and want it to stop, especially since you came to get MARRIED!

And if that doesn't work, since you have 2 more months before you are required to go home, take the cheaters credit card, order a lot of nice stuff you can use at home in the Phillipines, when it comes to the house, pack it up right away and ship to your home. At least the @$$hole will have to suffer with a bill to pay once you have left. Cheating is horrible, let him pay the price of a broken heart!
