I agree. He may be chatting with an old contact in his YM that he honestly has no romantic interest in. Tell him he needs to not use his YM, or completely block/put on ignore any former chatmates. the key word here is "online" affair. Unless he is going to actually fly to Cebu and meet this woman I wouldn't worry about it, smack him upside the head and tell him to stop. in essence he is interacting with a computer screen, not a person. (my opinion only, i'm sure many would consider this emotionally cheating, but the physical aspect at least i not there.)

A man that will cheat on-line will cheat real life in a minute. All he needs is a chance. Chatting is one thing , HI hello how are you. And it is OK the chat to any sex . But there is a point that it is more than chat and that is not OK . If he is doing that he was a perfect mate on-line who probably never has messy hair or hogs the bed and the not so perfect one in his house. It won't take long before the not so perfect one gets in the way.

Barely 1 month only me here. I went here as a K1 visa. Suddenly, I discovered he was having online affair to a new Cebuana Lady.

Is there anything I can do. I will go back to the Philippines. I dont want to have problem here.

Wanted to know what should I do. Should I go to the us embassy and tell the reason why we didnt get marry?

I needed an englightment.

There is nothing you need to do, it is your fiance's obligation. Your visa was CANCELLED when you arrived and you are now here by authority of your I-94 card which expires 90 days from when you arrived. If you have not married and filed for AOS by the expiration of your I-94, you simply go home and there is no problem with the US authorities. Be sure to keep evindence that you left promptly and did not overstay the I-94.
