RFEs by e-mail

I got a piece of information from NVC operator this evening. They started sending RFEs by e-mail. People who have yahoo accounts are not getting the e-mail. So if your stuck at NVC, you may want to call to find out whats going on.

I'm getting an RFE because i forgot to write the word "present" behind the date in block 20 on the ds-230. since i did not recieve the e-mail i gave them my hotmail address but they said it will take another couple days to send the e-mail. Talk about job security. rediculous.

I have seen this is common mistake for RFE. Anyway, good luck.

My husband and I have both received emails asking for my financial information, but I have already sent this. I check NVC automatic phone message and according to the phone message my case is complete. I am completed according to the phone message. I am starting to believe that NVC email service has some sort of glitch, has this happen to anyone else lately?

dont waste any time, send a corrected DS-230 (if possible) ASAP using the original bar coded cover sheet used to send in the original one...dont wait for the hardcopy or emailed version....

i have the original cover sheet that i copied. will they accept that with the corrected ds-230?

we have yahoo accounts and we both got the e-mail for the RFE and we sent it back
