Hi everyone, I want to apply for the citizen. However I didn't receive my 10 years green card yet. Should I just make the copy of my 2 years green card and sent it to them? Thanks a lot everyone.

You did not receive your 10 y-o GC yet your case was approved, right?? If yes, then go ahead and send in your N400. I had a I751 approved from last september and had to travel so i got an I-551 (I think that's the number??) stamp and talked to an IO who explained that because the case was approved, I could consider myself a 10 y GC holder even if I did not physically have the card. He confirmed that I could apply. He even said that I may get naturalized before receiving the GC because processing times for I751 were longer. I sent in the N400 on March 10 and was lucky to get my 10 y card on the 19th (no link, just a coincidence). So, basically my N400 application was sent in with a copy of my 2y-o expired card. Good Luck!!

We sent in a copy, both sides of the green card, copy of the stamped biometrics appointment, and a copy of the one year extension to prove my wife was a LPR, no problems with that. But just sending in your expired green card will be rejected without that supporting evidence. Look at it as trying to return to this country with just an expired green card.

I had pretty much the same thing, I had my conditional card and the NOA/extension letter as proof of residency. I got my ROC cases approved right after they got my N-400... coincidence, i don't know... but the requirements for the N-400 is just 90 days before 3rd anniversary as a PR with a USC spouse, not necessarily removed conditions

I as the USC did the cover letter for the I-751, that is really the tough one to get approved, didn't bother for the N-400, they didn't request it and my attorney said it wasn't necessary. He just offered advice, didn't charge me and didn't want to handle neither the I-751 nor the N-400 but did an excellent job for us on the AOS. Just told me with the screwed up processing dates, and that I insist on a flat rate, I would drive him in nuts contacting him every five minutes. He can't do anything with those fouled up dates they post. But did check over our applications and all of our evidence.
