Our applications were touched both of them on Thursday and Friday, 2 days in a row.

Both my I-129 and I-130 were approved on April 15! YAY

Oddly enough, my status online is still "received and pending". But, I do have the paperwork in hand.

our cases zere touched twice on 16 and 17, cases still pending but I was hoping for a snail mail.

a lot of time passes now I I gave up hope. reading your post I wonder again

note you appear K1 in th profile while K3 in the timeline,

you are also CSC, doing much better than VSC

but truly you are a late CSC and again I am glad for you

My case was touched on April 15th, and I recieved both NOA2's on Monday by snail mail. I am not sure where CSC is, but I live in Seattle, WA, so mail gets here pretty quick.

i saw one recent approval(k-3) yesterday..their application was touched on 13th and 14th and got approval on 27th ..so dont loose hope..all the best

after some activity end of april....again vsc stopped and we wonder what they are doing

Now a week without approval for K3 at vsc

same for K1

they seem to have stopped all activities on I129F

maybe work visa load

waiting to see processing times mid may

to hear what they are doing (maybe)

I think you should be up pretty soon! My dates were 10/17 & 11/4 and I got my NOA2's on 4/29. My Rep's office was very helpful, but I waited until just before I was out of official processing times to contact them.

I would suggest waiting until May 13th and then start contacting ALL your politicians. Tell them you are outside of standard processing times. That should at least get your stuff to an Officer. Mine took about two weeks to get approval after I was told it was with an Officer.
