maybe he went to amazonia in the middle of the jungle they have no hot water. tap water is drinkable every place i've lived. hot water, i've never seen a house that doesn't have it. i doubt that even in favelas they don't have hot water, seriously.

Heck, my family's farm is in Rondonia, very north of the state, within the Amazon, and our tap water is fine and we have hot water. :lol:

EDIT: Just to clear things, I meant to say our tap water in our city house, at the farm our water is from a spring, but we have filters.

Oh, none taken, just saying that even in these places you might not have the bad experience. :lol: More frequently you might not have hot water and good tap water, but even there we see exceptions.
