I have a question to those who ever traveled to the USA with K3 visa and then came back to the local consulate to recieve his CR-1 visa

I got my K3 visa March 26th, and my documents for CR-1 visa arrived to the embassy on March 27th ( what a pitty- only one day late).

Can I have any problems in getting my CR-1 visa after I come back from the US by K3 visa?I cant stay in Moscow and wait for the date of my CR-1 visa , need to be in the US by april 4th.Thanks to all who can share own experience .

A friend of mine did it. Wished I had as we had a hell of a time adjusting status. We could have easily paid for the trip back with what doing AOS cost us.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Haole! please answer my question- did your friend has any problems in recieving his\her CR-1 visa? I heard that at second interview the consul can start administrative check and it usually takes a lot of time. Now I am very worrying about this administrative control( check).
