Can I apply for my CA state ID? or Drivers lisence? I recieved my notice for AOS.EAD & AP yetesterday in our mail....Its really a hassle carrying my passport, copy of mrge cert and noa wherever I go. My 1-94 has been expired for a month now. So do you guuys this its possible?

Not certain about Ca. ID/DL regulations - but as an FYI - even if you do obtain an ID/DL you're still required to carry proof of legal status in the US. :thumbs:

Ok...im like going around in circiles here....I was aware that they wont let me apply for drivers lcs until I have valid (more than 60 days) 1-94.....I was just assuming that NOA will help....LOL.....sorry
