I called today and was told they received our case and it has been forwarded to Manila...I just want to check DOES THIS MEAN THERE IS NO CHANCE IT WILL STAY IN NVC AND GO THROUGH AP? For SURE ???

Yep - I called NVC because I have to change Umit's mailing address, and they forwarded my package 5 days or so after getting it from the CSC.

Now I have to play the game of getting it changed at the embassy.

Nice to see it's moving along at a good clip :dance:

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
