I NEED TO KNOW WHAT WE NEED TO PUT ON QUESTION NUMBER 5

ABOUT LIST OF CHILDREN WHO WILL "ACCOMPANY OR FOLLOW"ON "WILL FOLLOW"

IS THIS MEANS AFTER THEY GET A VISA?OR THEY HAVE TO BE PETITION AGAIN?

If you enter "will follow" they will not be issued a visa at this time and do not count in your family size for the I-134. You do not need to submit a visa application for them at this time BUT you must submit their birth certificate. (verify any differences with Manilla consulate) You will have to make a separate visa application within 1 year, separate interview, separate I-134, separate medical, everything. And then everyone will count on the I-134. But if the child cannot come now, such as was the case with our oldest son in college, it is a good way to assure their visa when you need it (up to one year) If you cehck "accompany" they will be issued the visa now and MUST travel to the USA within 6 months (they do not actually have to "accompany" your fiancee, but they need to come within 6 months of visa issuance)
