Yes you can fill it in by hand (pen).

A number is 'Alien Registration Number' - you might have one if you previously applied for permanent residency or if you were in the U.S. as a student etc - you probably don't have one - if not - just write N/A in that area.

Pls 1 more question, certified copy in Indonesia is not like here, we can ask to the county clerk and pay the fee, in Indonesia, they only give you the original, you should keep it safely and dont loose it, you cant ask them again, unless your loose it, but to get it again, it's long process, need to go to the police, report it, and give the report paper to the office registry.

So usually certified copy there is bring original and bring copy, ask them to stamp as a legalization, This copy is legalized in accordance with the original, they will say that words in the copy.

I know the embassy of Indonesia here do that legalization here in the US for the purpose of US government and Indonesia government too, they do legalization for birth certificate ,divorce certificate, etc ( documents from Indonesia )

Is that enough?

We are worry if the NVC misplace our document/loose them, we cant take that risk really,im sure the usa embassy in Indonesia, already know about that certified copy there, but i dont know the NVC here

Pls help us, input maybe

Thank You guys
